Process…
From the initial visit by a qualified designer, to the final phase of construction drawings we work closely with our clients ensuring the concept and design intent are met through every step of the process. We use the latest technology and software to produce accurate designs and estimates. There will be an initial site visit to assess the site, identify site opportunities and issues, and discuss the budget. We will summarize, integrate, and finalize the design plan to match the vision that was discussed in the initial meeting. The design process is divided to two phases; conceptual design and detailed design with all required construction drawings to be handed to the contractor.
